Functional Capacity Evaluations

If you’re a personal injury attorney, you know that validating the extent of a person’s injury is a critical part of many of your cases, including during dispute resolution when a claim is upheld or queried. You also know that a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is the industry standard to make that validation. 

While many personal injury cases lack objectively validated injury data, an FCE can quickly establish your case and present it in a proven validated assessment report. We’ll provide a comprehensive assessment, using clinical and functional tests to accurately record the claimant’s ability to work and perform activities of daily living as well as their overall physical capability. 

Once our assessment is completed, we’ll provide you with validated FCE findings in a concise report to assist you in presenting and clarifying your case in court and/or to help settle the case in pre-litigation.
