Are you an Attorney in need of Expert Reports for your injury case?
At IRC, Dr. Brad Poppie, DPT, CLCP, CFCE, CSCS and his experienced team, provide objective, reliable, and professional expert reports including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Projections and Earnings Capacity Loss Reports to assist both Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys in presenting and clarifying their case in court and/or help settle the case in pre-litigation.
IRC Services for Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys
IRC services include building a detailed, client-oriented portfolio to give attorneys viable information needed throughout all phases of litigation including the discovery process through trial testimony.
Life Care Planning
Medical Cost Projections
These assessments have a more limited scope and are simplistic compared to a comprehensive Life Care Plan. They are appropriate when there is a specific non-catastrophic injury or illness at stake. Medical Cost Projections “MCP” are typically used when a rapid turnaround is needed and there is limited insurance available.
Functional Capacity Evaluations
Vocational and Earning Capacity Assessments
Expert Testimony Services
Medical Bill Review
Expert Reporting Makes Your Case Stronger
Expert reports such as functional capacity evaluations, vocational rehabilitation and earning capacity reports, medical cost projections, and life care plans are often needed to help showcase the damages when negotiating with the insurance adjuster so you can get a fair settlement for your client.
