ABOUT INJURY REPORTING CONSULTANTS (IRC)
Analyze Financial Data
When time is of the essence, personal injury attorneys like you use medical cost projection (MCP) reports to quickly assess and detail a claimant’s specific non-catastrophic injury or illness. These limited-scope reports can provide a quick turnaround in instances where client coverage may be limited or in mediation preparation to help expedite a streamlined settlement process.
Build a Stronger case for Your Clients
If you’re a personal injury attorney, you know that validating the extent of a person’s injury is a critical part of many of your cases, including during dispute resolution when a claim is upheld or queried. You also know that a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is the industry standard to make that validation.
Client Testimonials
Dr. Poppie accommodated our need for a quick turn around and his detailed reports on functional capacity and medical cost projections greatly assisted our ability to prove permanent injuries and future damages. With this evidence we were in a much stronger position to advocate on behalf of our client for a policy limits offer and settlement.
